KVKK Information Notice

This notice explains, under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how personal data you submit through our website is processed.

Data processed
When you complete the contact and quote form: full name, company, email address, phone number, country, project type, your message and the product code you are asking about.
Purposes
- To answer your information, quote and bespoke requests
- To contact you about your request
- To prepare for a possible contract
Legal basis
Your data is processed because it is directly related to the formation of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and on our legitimate interest in answering your request (art. 5/2-f).
Transfers
Requests sent through the form reach our team via our email service provider, whose servers may be located abroad; this transfer is based on the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK art. 9). Otherwise your data is not shared with third parties, except with authorities legally entitled to request it.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to answer your request and for any resulting business relationship, within the retention periods set by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the recipients of transfers; request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to recipients; object to outcomes of solely automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
